Luton Airport Planning Application Deadline 19 February
The operator of London Luton Airport has submitted a planning application (reference 21/00031/VARCON) seeking consent to:
- increase the capacity of the airport from 18 million passengers per year (mppa) to 19 mppa,
- amend the day and night noise contours ,

Knebworth Neighbourhood Plan Group is looking for volunteers to assist with the development of the plan, and if you are interested it would like to hear from you. The Station Public House has been put up for sale by its owner, Greene King, and is currently under offer. It is unclear at the moment if it will be sold as a going concern or sold for development, but many residents have expressed support in retaining the pub as a community asset.

County Council urges government to combat flooding

Naming of 111 London Road development
NHDC is consulting on the proposed name for the McCarthy & Stone Development at 111 London Road.
The proposed building name is Constance Court, which is derived from Lady Constance Lytton who apparently was billed as Hertfordshire's best known suffragette.
