Neighbourhood Plan Consultation
Knebworth Neighbourhood Plan Pre-submission document is out for consultation until 9 May 2020.
The plan has policies which cover:
local economy
the built environment
wellbeing
schools
environment and flooding
traffic, transport and parking
Once adopted, NHDC will have to take account of the policies when it considers planning applications in Knebworth Parish.

Neighbourhood Plan Consultation
The Knebworth Neighbourhood Plan Regulation 14 consultation ends on 9 May 2020.
Due to current restrictions arising because of the COVID-19 pandemic, all sites, where you could inspect the full document, are now closed and the Open Day scheduled for 18 April has been cancelled.

Knebworth Neighbourhood Plan - Presubmission Consultation
The Knebworth Neighbourhood Plan - Presubmission is out for consultation from 14 March 2020 to 9 May 2020.
The document cannot override the NHDC Local Plan and remove the sites allocated for development in Knebworth, however it contains a number of policies which aim to mitigate the impact on the village.

North Central Growth and Transport Plan Consultation and south Central
Hertfordshire County Council has developed the North Central Growth and Transport Plan (NCGTP) which covers the northern end of the A1(M), including the towns of Stevenage, Hitchin, Letchworth Garden City, Baldock and Royston, and key transport links between these towns and to surrounding areas. NHDC Local Plan Update
The Council submitted their further response to the Inspector's letters of 9 July (ED166 and 9 August (ED168) on 29 November and the documents have been uploaded to the Examination Documents page of the North Hertfordshire website.

Station Pub
The Station, Public House constructed in 1883 is a prominent landmark in the centre of Knebworth. This establishment closed in February 2017 and became subject to a planning application to split the site in two, converting the garden area into residential properties.
