A1(M) junction 6 to 8 lighting

Essential work is to be undertaken to replace the lighting columns, cables and signs between junctions 6 and 8 on the A1(M) in both directions.

The work will be completed over 12 weeks from Monday 25 January to Friday 16 April working between the hours of 10pm and 5am on weeknights only.

Roadworks A1(M) junctions 7 to 9

A1(M) junctions 7 to 9

Essential maintenance work between junctions 7 and 9 of A1(M) will include resurfacing and the renewal of road markings and studs, new signs and safety barrier.

The work will takefour weeks from Monday 9 November to Friday 4 December, working between the hours of 8pm to 6am, subject to weather conditions.

Remembrance Day Service

Sadly, because of social distancing and other Covid-19 restrictions, this year it will not be possible for the British Legion Remembrance Day Service to be held as usual at the War Memorial in Old Knebworth.
