As part of the 2016 Knebworth Village Festival, fourteen residents are opening their gardens to the public on Sunday 19 June from 2.00-5.00pm. Tickets are £5.00 per person and under 12's are free.

London Luton Airport Flight Operations department will be holding a public surgery to act as an information point regarding the noise impacts of Luton Airport. The session will run from 4.00pm -7.00pm on Wednesday 15 June 2016 in Knebworth Village Hall committee room.

Herts County Council is scheduled to undertake highway maintenance work in Knebworth between 20 June 2016 and 20 December 2016. Temporary restrictions will be in place for up to 5 days during this period. The affected roads are:

At the local council elections held on Thursday 4 May 2016 ,Stephen Deakin-Davies was elected as District Councillor for Knebworth. He replaces Alan Bardett who has stepped down after 14 years of office.
