WHBC Local Plan Main Modifications Consultation
WHBC is consulting on the proposed main modifications to its Local Plan which runs until 15 February 2023.
Proposed changes to the plan for Woolmer Green are the addition of the car sales site for 34 dwellings and a green buffer at the northern end of the existing site behind the chocolate factory for 150 dwellings.

Stevenage Station Gateway - Have your say
Stevenage Borough Council is consulting on the Stevenage Connection Area Action Plan
The area includes that around the Railway Station bounded by the railway tracks and Lytton Way. An interactive map can be found here
Four options were consulted on in 2021 and option 2 is preferred with a single carriageway on Lytton Way for buses and taxis.

TRO Stevenage Road

North Herts Local Plan - Adopted
The Council voted to adopt the North Hertfordshire Local Plan 2011 – 2031 at a meeting on November 8th 2022.
The North Hertfordshire Local Plan was submitted to the Planning Inspectorate for Examination in June 2017 and was the subject of an independent examination conducted by Simon Berkeley BA MA MRTPI.
