Parish Council Paul Ward gave a presentation, at the Parish Council meeting on 12 October, outlining the planning process and highlighting how to comment on the North Herts Local Plan.

NHDC Local Plan

NHDC cabinet ratified its Local Plan on 26 September. It is due to go out for a six week consultation pre submission on 19 October.

Sites allocated to Knebworth include the two previous sites, Gyspy Lane and Deards End Lane, plus a third site which runs from the rear of Haygarth to Oakfields Road. The minimum number of dwellings associated with Knebworth is 663 with a recommendation for a primary school... Read More »
