The McCarthy & Stone exhibition on its proposals for the Chas Lowe site is today, Tuesday 28 March, from 3.30-7.30 at Trinity Church Hall, Park Lane, next to the village hall.

Development of Entech Site

Taylor Wimpey is proposing to redevelop the Entech site in Woolmer Green. The development will comprise 72 dwellings plus retail and office space and car park.

Road Works, London Road

There is resurfacing of London Road proposed over a couple of nights between Gun Road and Watton Road which is scheduled to start on 18 April. The road markings including the mini roundabout markings should be refreshed shortly after the resurfacing.

Quiz Night

A quiz night is to be held on Saturday 25 March at 7.00pm at Knebworth Village Hall in aid of the 'Save the Station Pub, Knebworth.' Tickets are £10 each which includes a fish and chip supper and are available from the Co-Op or email:saveourstationpubknebworth.org.uk

3McCarthy & Stone is to hold a public exhibition on Tuesday 28 March 2017 at Trinity Church Hall, Park Lane between 3.30-7.30pm. Its proposals for the redevelopment of Chas Lowe's site with Assisted Living (Extra Care) accommodation will be on display.

Swangleys Farm Landowner Deposit

A landowner may prevent the public from acquiring new rights over their land through use, by challenging that use. One option for a landowner to challenge use is set out in legislation. This enables the landowner to send to the County Council a statement including a map, showing the extent of their land and what rights they admit exist over it. Footpaths Swangleys Farm

Permissive paths on Swangleys Farm have been closed. Some residents would like to submit put the paths on the definitive map of Rights of Way by submitting a Modification Order to Hertfordshire County Council. User evidence is required and the routes and form can be found under footpaths on this site.
